TBOX is an add on box which can be applied to all the electronically controlled fuel injection pumps found in Diesel motors. It is able to increase the output of the motor thus optimizing performance and, in keeping with a conventional style of driving, reduce fuel consumption.
TBOX is a technologically advanced electronic module operated by a state of the art Digital Microprocessor.
TBOX modules are developed using SMD (Storage Module Device) technology, they are shock resistant and fully sealed and waterproof.
The working principle of tbox add on boxes is based on the alteration of strokes, load, injection pressure and supercharging (where anticipated by the module).
The Digital Reprocessing of the signals allows for the optimization of engine performance with a smooth output without jerking or jumping at all speed ranges up to the limiting device.
The TBOX modules are built to European standards and meet all the qualitative requirements of the ISO9001 directives.
All of our modules are individually tried and tested on a specific test-bench.

CR module is for common rail sensor - see as below picture
This add on box may be installed on all turbodiesel engines that use the Common Rail Bosch-Siemens injection system and DENSO injection system. The increase in horsepower is adjustable and can reach up to +25% and the engine will still work reliably and reagularly. The optimal value is calculated directly during the testing phase, so it is not necessary to make modifications, except in the case of special requirements. All the functions of the module are governed by a fast Digital Microprocessor which optimizes the signals by elaborating them thousands of times a second, thus guaranteeing smooth output without jerking or jumping.
The TBOX CR module is positioned between the engine Ecu and the Common Rail pressure sensor in order to increase pressure and, with that, the quantity of fuel injected. The complete management of the module, which is regulated by switches which enable the selection of one of the four specific software programmes on the microprocessor as well as allowing for the possibility to directly change the setting of the individual software programmes by operating 2 regulation Trimmers, and the possibile interface to the MapMaker v1.30 system, are factors which contribute to making this a unique and high-performance additional module, adaptable to every driving need.

is a simple plug and play device that is pre-set to your vehicle type and needs no further adjustment, however if you do modify your engine with extras such as turbos, intercoolers and exhausts the CR-JET can be fine tuned via laptop or manually trim to take full advantage of these extra performance enhancements.TBOX is simply unplugged to return your vehicle to standard output and condition.
